Filos Community Services is an SSA that provides services for children, families and elderly beneficiaries. In addition, we are also the second appointed SG Cares VC in Singapore and serve as the SG Cares VC in Bedok town.
The SG Cares VCs are appointed by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). They have contacts with other SSAs in the allocated boundary and assist with actively recruiting, managing and developing a pool of volunteers, before deploying them to relevant volunteer programmes at different SSAs within the community.
As an SG Cares Volunteer Centre (VC), we will be able to help link you up with opportunities at both Filos Community Services and with other SSAs in Bedok town.
You are encouraged to submit your volunteer application form at https://www.filos.sg/volunteer-individual-form. Thereafter, we will get in touch with you within 2 weeks on suitable volunteering opportunities at Filos Community Services and/or other SSAs in Bedok town.
You will be able to share with us your preferred beneficiary group(s) and types of volunteering activities in the volunteer application form (https://www.filos.sg/volunteer-individual-form). We will keep you informed when there is a suitable volunteering activity match.
